What is included in the box ?

All the specific details are located on the Style page. You’ll find that each individual Style has a description of all the items included.

Most boxes include a:

● One table runner for every 4-6 people (if available)

can i mix and match the styles?

is there a MINIMUM or maximum of guests i have to rent for?

There is a minimum of two guests. If your party is more than 20 guests, please contact us for more information. Kindly note that delivery will only be available for orders of 1000 AED or more.

when is my rental order considered booked ?

Your rental is considered booked once you have made the full payment and you have received a confirmation email.

when do i receive my order?

The order will be collected within 24 hours following your event. If you wish to book for more than one day, we require 24-hour notice prior to the order’s delivery. The approval of such an extension will be subject to availability.

what is the rental period?

Is there a fee for late returns?

In the event that we are not informed of an extended rental period prior to the delivery, we will charge a fee of 150 AED, in addition to the rental price of the Style per person.

do you do last minute orders ?

We advise you to book as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your request. Please know, all of our dinnerware is subject to availability.

***If you need to book in less than 24 hours, it will incur an additional cost to accommodate this request.

Yes, leave the delivery up to us! We presently deliver in Dubai for a fee of 100 AED, which conveniently includes both the drop-off and the pick-up. Kindly note that only orders from 1000 AED or above will be able to be delivered. You can also pick your order for free from our location at Sports City.

do you deliver, and what is the delivery fee?

At the time of delivery, you and a Sobremesa Associate will inspect the order together. Once that has been completed, you will be kindly asked to sign an itemized invoice with terms and conditions. If there is any breakage or damage, we will immediately replace the item at no additional cost to you.

If items are broken, damaged, or lost after inspection,please refer to the terms and conditions.

what happens if an item was broken during the delivery?

All orders are considered final as soon as you have confirmed your order. If you still need to cancel your order, please email us to have your cancelation confirmed.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will be offered a full refund.

For cancellations between 8 to 29 days, you will be given credit to use in the future.

For cancellations within 7 days of your event, there will be no refund or credit offered.

If you wish to reschedule a date, please send us an email at info@sobremesa.me, and we will try to accommodate your request based on our availability.

I need to cancel or reschedule my order, what can i do?

Let us handle the dishes so that you can relax after your event.

We kindly ask that you simply rinse all items with water to be sure they are free of debris. There is no need for soap to wash the dishes.

Please note that our tableware is delicate and not all of our items are dishwasher, microwave, or oven safe. To avoid any damage, please just rinse the items and place them in the box as specified in the return guide.

We advise that you rinse and store your items as soon as possible to avoid any damage or breakage. We will do all the washing for you!

how do I care for the tableware post-event ?

In the unfortunate event of breakage, damage, or loss of any item, you will be responsible for the said item as per any other rental situation. You will be charged the item’s retail value(s) as per the value specified in the terms and conditions. Please email us as soon as possible with all the details.
